What would happen to your heart if you sent a love letter?
"I am sending love letters to anyone who wants one..." said a young friend of mine.
No matter where you are stuck or overwhelmed, how does manifesting love through sharing it with others support your optimal health?
Wait, what? You will send me a love letter?
Barbara Mary said that she started sending love letters over the holidays to express her love for people in her life. And then the idea exploded and she started sending them to whoever wanted one, whoever sent her their address.
I sent her my address, stat. I noticed that my heart did the Grinch thing and "grew three sizes that day" simply because I was anticipating getting a love letter in the mail.
And sure enough, the letter arrived yesterday in my mailbox.
I opened the lovely pink envelope with my name handwritten on the front and "love note" written on the back and inside, Barbara reminded me that my "time, talents and beauty (inside and outer!) are truly remarkable." She sent BIG HUGS + BIG LOVE!
Wowee! I smiled like there was no tomorrow!
And then I realized that if it feels this good to get love letters , it must exponentially more powerful to manifest all that love by writing them... Barbara Mary is stirring up love in every direction, manifesting love back to herself through sharing it with others. Stirring the pot, manifesting love. As the old saying goes, "love isn't love until you give it away... and you end up having more."
Truth.
When I remember to take manifest love by sharing it with others (and there are so many others I can share it with), it feels super healthy.
Make manifesting love through sharing it with others, on a regular basis, a healthy habit.
